Warranty

Our equipment comes with its manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product, so the cover for each item is shown on its product page before you buy.

What a typical warranty covers

• Frame and structure: usually the longest period of cover.
• Parts: moving parts, cables, springs, electronics and upholstery, usually for a shorter period.
• Labour: engineer visits, where included, usually for the shortest period.

Warranties normally apply to domestic use. If you are buying for a studio, gym or other commercial setting, tell us before you order so we can confirm the warranty that applies.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video. We will raise it with the manufacturer on your behalf and keep you updated.

Your statutory rights

A manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, see our returns page.
