Cancelling your order (14-day right to cancel)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email info@studiogradefitness.co.uk or call 0333 090 4388 within that period and tell us which order you are cancelling. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

Returning items

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return. Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary to inspect it.

Many of our products are large and heavy. Unless an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We will give you an estimate of the return cost before you arrange it.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We do not refund extra charges for premium or express delivery beyond the standard rate.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us straight away with photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. If an item is faulty, we pay the cost of returning it.

Items that cannot be cancelled or returned

Under UK law the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. We will tell you before you buy if any item falls into this category.

Exchanges

Contact us to ask about exchanges before returning your item.

Business customers

If you are buying for a business, such as a studio or personal trainer, the consumer cancellation rights above may not apply. Contact us to discuss returns.
